Hi, I’m Kat!
I discovered flexibility training as an adult when I realised that my handstand goals would remain an unattainable dream if I didn't improve the way my body moved. What started as a 'necessary evil' has quickly changed the way I look at the human body and how I think about training.
As someone who isn’t naturally flexible, I didn’t believe I could really change the way my body moved. But I got sick of seeing other people achieve the goals I so desperately wanted seemingly with ease, just because their body moved in ways mine didn’t.
So I decided to go all in on my flexibility training and realised that with the right approach and consistency, our bodies can indeed change the way they move. Not only does my body move and feel much better, I’ve also now got the confidence in my body to try new things and know that my body will support my pursuits rather than hinder me.
Over the last few years I have worked with a broad range of clients and bodies, which has taught me to tailor the approach to each individual and has shaped me into the coach I am today.
