I've been where you are now - feeling stuck in a body that always felt stiff and tight, with big goals that felt unattainable with the inflexible body I was blessed with. I understand the frustration of watching others achieve the goals you’re training so hard for seemingly with ease, because their bodies move in ways yours doesn’t.  

It all started with wanting a better handstand, but I got so much more than just better flexibility to hit my handstand goals. I no longer wake up with a tight back every morning, my old hamstring niggle is now under control and my confidence in my body has improved in a way that lets me try new activities, knowing my body is able to support me. 

I’ve gone from stiff to flexible, in a way I didn’t believe it was possible when I first started training flexibility. Since then, I haven’t just changed the way my own body moves, but have also worked with 100’s of clients to help them achieve the same.
